"We wanted sushi but didn't want to go far so we needed to try some place new. E Sushi Grill was having its Grand Opening so we had to try it. It is in Ellenton on the way to the Ellenton Outlet Mall. It's small but is clean and has a new building feeling. We sat at a table and were given menus. We ordered shrimp and vegetable tempura for our appetizer and chirashi for our entrees. The food was very good. The tempura was perfectly crunchy with a good dipping sauce and the chirashi had a good variety of fish over rice.
