"I've lived in the area for over 8 years and until last night I've never been to Ella. I was surprised! The exterior offers no insight into what you can find when you enter. Inside you will find a comfortable upscale dining room experience in a cozy, intimate dining room and a wonderful bar area to offer a wide selection of brews, and liqueurs as well as an eclectic menu with pizza to fry the duck, to a 32 oz Porterhouse Steak (which is like dinner for four). I don't show up many times, but I'm going back. Excellent choice if you want a little more nice."

The staff was amazing. The food was even better! I recommend Ella to anyone looking for a good meal. They were very accommodating for some of the food allergies that also had our table. Pricey, but it's definitely worth it!

I'm embarrassed to admit tonight was my first visit to this jewel of a restaurant. I was an ACF cook for more than 20 years and this place is completely at the point. The waiting staff is knowledgeable without care. You use a team approach to the service. They were attentive without floating. The food is amazing. The octopus is the best place. The special Margarita was a wonderful concoction. If you don't like this place, you don't know food or food.

It's always a treat at Ella's! My favorites over the years have included the duck breast with seasonal accompaniments and the octopus appetizer. Once we even enjoyed a spectacular deer hearts, which was one of the best dishes I ever had! Recently we enjoyed something new on the menu, a crostini with ricotta and peach, which was so perfect, light and summery. Great cocktails and excellent service! Thank you. Ella is always the top of our list for dinner!
