"As a very frequent year round local customer I was highly disappointed with my last takeout order. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS now! I enjoy Santos Buffalo Fingers and this year the 6 piece is now 5 and the price went up to over $10. Buffalo Fries? $3 more than regular fries to throw sauce on them and you're forced to get the biggest size where there used to be 2 difference sizes. $26 for 5 chicken fingers and fries with sauce on them. Oh by the way, you couldn't even tell there was sauce on the food. For the price I have to pay now I should at least be able to taste the sauce that is barely on the food. Hate that I'm leaving this negative review but since the sale this place (one of my favorites) has gone downhill. I hope the owners make changes"

"Atmosphere to die for. BUT waiter was lackluster and didn't even attempt to make the visit to the restaurant pleasant. Bouillabaisse was just in a tomato sauce. No flavoring added. It did have seafood in it but did not contain the flavor that I thought it should. Will not go to this place again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5"

"Have to share the experience that my family had here. Some pros and cons. Let me just say, I rarely leave negative reviews on anything and this is a first for me. For the pros. The food was amazing. Everybody loved everything. Chef was great. Our waitress was attentive and very pleasant. As for the reservation aspect. This was our first time in LBI, traffic was a bit more than we anticipated. We were late and called ahead. When we got there the lady, hostess perhaps owner, not very welcoming and immediately made it know to my husband we have to leave by 650 because we are late. Which we understood and wouldn't dispute because we were late, but there is a way to communicate such in a more pleasant manner. My mother then went back into the restaurant a separate time, (since we were seated outside) and then she was told from a male worker perhaps owner, that we had to leave by 720. Again, we didn't mind and didn't dispute it the first time nor the second time,, because we were late and we would be accommodating but there is definitely a better way to go about this and their times frame weren't the same from the both of them. We felt rush for sure, a little to intense of an environment. Probably wouldn't go back because of that, but food and waitress were awesome.5 stars for food and waitress"

"The second time that I walked in here was their second chance. It went the same way as the first. I sat down at the bar and got ignored. The female bartenders were working a customer with a fat wallet down the bar and the male bartender was busy watching the girls. When he did come by, he couldn't recommend a drink or draft that would go some oysters. Then walked away and never looked back. Once again I left without spending a dime. Food: 1"
