"It was my first time eating Kirby's last Friday, I made an 8:30 PM reservation for my birthday just my boyfriend and I. We are both food connoisseurs, we were on an adventure to find a new place to have great quality Steak. We arrived at 8:00 PM, the staff was able to seat us early and it was very busy. I knew I wanted a Filet Mignon, my boyfriend ordered the Steak and Cake with a side of Au gratin Potatoes. He also had their soup of the day (I believe it was a lobster and cheese? I could be wrong) but he said that was amazingly good. When they brought out our food, everything was piping hot and delicious. My steak was overcooked. but the manager quickly threw another one and made us fresh...

The food was really good. Salsa's getting warm, so I really enjoyed it. The service was great. I find during lunch, so there was no long line or a waiting period. Prices are individual for those in a steak house. That was my second visit and I really enjoyed it.

I'd give him a zero if I... worst experience. Our waiter, Mark, was inconspicuous and upright AWFUL! We reserved weeks before my husband's birthday. We arrived on time with our 2 girls (6 and 8) ready for a beautiful birthday meal. We sat right away and it was downhill. 5-10 minutes passed before we were checked. Long delays at check-in, at order, etc. 2 hours later we waited for our meals? Our poor 6 years old slept in our booth. We've gone and NIE will go back. I'm horrified how terrible the whole experience was. 0/10 NOT RECOMMENDS
