"I 'm not really a salad kind of guy but I 've been trying to get more veggies and good for yous than meat as much as possible. When my wife asked if I wanted to try MAD Greens I said yes, but if I didn 't like it I would get something else. I ordered the Santa Fe Wrap, which has a little flank steak inside it along with the other things listed on the menu and got them to add quinoa as well. It was very good. Not as good as some Porterhouse Steaks I 've tried but certainly healthier, particularly if you don 't go overboard on the Cilantro Lime dressing that comes with it (order it on the side, 1/2 of what they give you is plenty). love the panini's!!! Big fresh salads. My only wish is that they carried different drinks. The soda machine has terrible flavors. Everything thing else is fantastic!!!
