"Time to hit the buffet! This time it was a visit to the Mandarin Buffet and Grill in Redmond, WA for a birthday party. It was my husbands' grandma's birthday and we wanted to do something special and we wanted to be able to accommodate our large group. They have a party room we were able to reserve for a couple of hours. The space was just the right size and it seemed a little far from the other tables to give us that separation we needed. As for the food, the price seemed ok at twenty per person for dinner, in comparison to some other Asian buffets in the Seattle area. Noodles and garlic green beans were very good! Add in the fact that they had a chocolate fountain with strawberries and marshmallows and this buffet was really good!

Nice spread of items. Mostly chinese and mongolian dishes.I liked the sesseme chicken best.pork curry was also nice.noodles and rice were fine.ice cream was a nice treat

"Honestly, there is some good food there but very few options. This is a good place if you are with someone who is not vegan. But, it is called homegrown and I just feel like it’s not marketed the best. Sounds like it’s going to be way more vegan friendly, when most of their food has meat in it. It says sustainable on their label when having meat, including steak, is never sustainable. I’m getting to a point in my vegan journey that places that have some options but mostly meat, is not somewhere I want to frequent. Definitely getting sick of any “healthier” food place deemed as vegan friendly, when this really isn’t. But also, I live in Seattle so I have high standard. If you live out here, this may be just a handful of places you can eat, and if that’s so, go for it"

"I recently dined at your establishment and, while I was looking forward to a pleasant meal, I encountered some issues that I feel need to be addressed.Upon being seated, my party and I experienced a significant delay of 25 minutes before any staff member approached us. It appeared there was some confusion over who was responsible for serving our section. This lack of attention made us feel overlooked and undervalued as customers.Additionally, the overall atmosphere suggested that the staff was under a great deal of stress, which may be indicative of deeper operational challenges. The impression was that the restaurant is struggling, which is concerning for patrons who expect a certain standard of service and dining experience.I am providing this feedback not out of dissatisfaction but in the hope that it will be constructive. I believe that with better communication and organization, the dining experience could be greatly improved for all guests.Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. "I order here frequently, multiple meals to eat over a few days. I adore the Roast TomTurkey Dinner and Meatloaf af Dinner but have also order fish dishes, ham, breakfast, soups, sandwiches, steak, etc. I love the soup of the day and have never been disappointed in a meal. Eating here is soooo much better than fast food, and only marginally more expensive. Two huge thumbs up!"

"Best Indian restaurant in the Redmond area. Great food, quality and portion sizes. Also had an above and beyond service experience this evening. Went in to get a Chikoo milkshake and it turned out they ran out of it. The guy at the counter apologized and offered to refund or let me pick an alternate dessert. Picked carrot Halwa and he surprised me with a complimentary mango lassi along with it. While a small gesture, it does go a long way. Kudos folks"
