"I recently joined Panera's unlimited drink club and decided to take advantage of it while on the 130 toll road heading north.First, it's hard to get in and out of this location if you're traveling. The drive thru closes whenever they want. How would any customer know its closed? Then tbey dont allow you to make curbside orders over the phone. Is this really a way to conduct business?

Haven't been to Panera in ages and I remember it being pretty good. Today, it was mediocre, at best. The French onion soup and Mac n cheese were lukewarm. Leaving here paranoid that we'll be dealing with food poisoning now.

I was surprised to see food on the ground on the tables, although they were wiped. The beverage machine was in unrepair with a bucket on the ground that took over liquid. The cabins must be resumed, which is added to the unkempt image. It's too bad, I had good experiences with other Panera Breads before.
