The drive thru closes whenever they want. How would any customer know its closed? Then tbey dont allow you to make curbside orders over the phone. Is this really a way to conduct business?

Haven't been to Panera in ages and I remember it being pretty good. Today, it was mediocre, at best. The French onion soup and Mac n cheese were lukewarm. Leaving here paranoid that we'll be dealing with food poisoning now.

I was surprised to see food on the ground on the tables, although they were wiped. The beverage machine was in unrepair with a bucket on the ground that took over liquid. The cabins must be resumed, which is added to the unkempt image. It's too bad, I had good experiences with other Panera Breads before.
