"Absolutely the worst restaurant in NYC. Avoid this place at all costs. Service was abominable. Slow and inattentive. We asked where our food was three times and was told it was coming in five minutes. After 75 minutes and no food we went to the hostess to complain and she said sorry, but we’re busy. What? I asked her to send a manager over. One never came. We told the waitress we were leaving. She said the food was coming out. Two minutes later, the manager finally came over with the food and said he was comping the whole meal. That did us no good as we were on a time crunch at that point. Beautiful new restaurant inside hardrock hotel. We found out they opened up 5 months ago. Food was great, service took way too long.

Truly wonderful dining experience at Sessions. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, with a lounge-style set up. They have a lovely menu with a number of tempting choices. The kale soup, king salmon and parsnip puree were all delicious, and the chocolate cake was absolutely heavenly. My server Imane was fantastic, and made certain that everything was perfect. A great addition to the Midtown Manhattan dining scene. I look forward to many more sessions at Sessions.
