"my wife and I celebrated here an anniversary weekend and cannot say enough good things about it. the food was excellent. the service was similar excellent and also the ambiente was great. the owner came by and asked how everything was, what is no longer something you see very often. I highly recommend that you find yourself in the Bolton Landing/Lake george area and eat for great food and look for a good atmosphere."

"Friendly owner, excellent service and beautifully decorated tap room with lots of natural light. Beers are delicious and often change what makes it interesting for recurring customers like me! Wide range of beer and full bar for non-beer drinkers. The food is delicious, has some local ingredients and brewery style bites that mate well with the boobs. TVs are great to see the games and the music is perfect to relax. They also have a huge terrace overlooking the lake, which will be the perfect place to hang out in summer. So exciting to have BLBC in town, a great addition to Bolton Landing!"

"Excellent quality German food and definitely plentiful portions. We ordered a sample plate as the main course and we had enough meat for two lunches. The desserts were amazing and generous portions we share. Beautiful interior and exterior decor was also available. Great place for the family together. We were on vacation in Lake George and the culinary experience set a nice touch on our overall experience."

"a beautiful view, friendly waiter and a nice menu. the clam chowder is delicious very creamy and cloby. the chips that came with the sandwich were homemade and very tasty. has been happy with the garnel bowl! so much fun. the truthahn was fresh in the club and thick. the panini had a beautiful texture and mix of aromen. they treated shelters with ease, and the desserts were fabulous. the chocolate lava cake was huge and big enough for 2! the Apple crisis was a beautiful autumn selection. this is one of our new favorites and we come back. they have a lot of seats in the open with magnificent views."

"Walking through Bolton Landing, we were drawn in by the cozy entrance, tented with fireplaces. The decor inside here is beautiful! I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs while my parents both ordered the lasagna as it was described as buddy 's special recipe. My mother felt like they overdid it with the basil and my dad even commented that the food tasted like they were just getting rid of what they had for the season. My mom was later very sick that night. My spaghetti and meatballs seemed decent until I almost chipped my teeth on what seemed like pieces of bone. The hostess was nice and welcoming and so was our main waitress. Other staff that dropped off our check or napkins, threw it on our table and said here you go without even stopping as they walked by. I want to note we are in the off season for this area and the restaurant was not busy on a Sunday night. I would rather try another restaurant on this road next time I 'm in the area."
