"I'm sorry it's not the same Shiki. Use to go Shiki twice a mo. since 2003. The service has been terrible in recent years. The number of times would be missing from a pick-up order. If they call the best they would offer, it is for me to go back and pick it up. No excuse, no refund, no compensation of any kind! Last time I wanted to talk to a manager. Boy on a phone told me that manager is dizzy and would call me back. Because he didn't do it!"

Very rude customer service. The bar lady ignored me all the time. I was told to go to the bar to pick up my order from the same lady, then go to stop me and tell me I shouldn't have done that. Gather me a hand gesture and very stunning.

Absolutely loved it! They have great outdoor dining and delicious California rolls. Also, if it?s your birthday they provide you with a small mango ice cream or other dessert for free! They are quite crowded but safer than other restaurants in San Carlos as they are farther away from the main strip.
