"This place is like no other in West Bend. Norbert has become my place and I am quite often there with my group of friends. We prefer either wine night or $6.00 Martini's on Thursday nights. However, the fish taco special on Tuesdays, yummmmmmmmmm. The owner, Tony is friendly and it is nice to mix him with his guests. That's when he doesn't cook the very delicious food that comes from this kitchen! The concept is tapas, and they keep changing the menu. It's all so good that you have to try everything. Chevy, our server is a pleasure and so friendly that I wish she would just pull a chair and hang with us. The entire staff is very welcoming and you feel very special when greeted at the door with Welcome to The Norbert. A must visit...."

"this review is long overdue, and I feel so bad for this amazing experience to share so late. it was a few years ago, and I'm not sure if he works here or not. his name was brian and he was the most amazing, kindhearted man. I had placed an order in the restaurant and then I realized my wallet to forget home. I felt embarrassing that I canceled my order, but brian told me I didn't worry about it and paid generously for my meal! I will forever remember how kind he was for me and will always be grateful that he helped me this day. thanks for getting brian."

"Sent in a to go order over lunch and got to restaurant to pick up. After asking twice about my order she apparently finally sent it back to the kitchen to cook. This was over minutes after I had even placed the order (of potstickers and rolls-which should be ready in minutes max). If you like waiting and being ignored by staff that couldn't care less then this is the place for you. Such slow service in an empty restaurant is a bad sign."

"I visited this restaurant on a weekend after attending a wedding in Wisconsin. Unfortunately, they are now only open for brunch, so I missed out on trying the crab legs I had seen on social media. Regardless, I decided to try their breakfast menu. I ordered the homemade corned beef hash, which was delicious. The portion size was generous, and the eggs, potatoes, and sourdough toast were all freshly made. I also enjoyed the strawberry jam that came with it. The highlight of the meal was definitely the bacon Bloody Mary. The restaurant did not have their full Bloody Mary selection available at the time. The interior has a mix of booths and tables and was not too crowded. Parking in the lot was convenient. Overall, I would recommend this place for a satisfying breakfast option."
