As a cook I'm very hard to ask, I have to say this little place did right. Sushi Omakase is a restaurant that I would expect in the city. The decor is elegant and clean. The appetizer we got was Tempura Shrimp. The dough was perfectly crunchy and the shrimp was moist. We ordered six different types of sushi and I must say one of the best sushi places I. KC Missouri. I would just start eating this little gem for any food with a trained palette or some oe just to eat sushi. Thank you, Chef Jerry
