"Sushi Ray was recommended to me by friends that go often. Rays is a small cozy ten table restaurant with seating also at the sushi rail.The Waitresses and Chefs all seem personable and pleasant. The real star here is the Sushi itself. The Rolls are tasty but the Nigiri is off the charts, all of pieces I sampled were so tender and melted in your mouth especially the Albacore and Yellow Tail. The early accoutrements such as the edamame and potstickers are standard and delicious fare. All in all is a Sushi restaurant I would highly recommend."

Pretty great and the food was very yummy. Only down side was the waitress, she never refilled our drinks. Definitely will eat here again though.

I love this place! The service is always top tier! A girl Valeria always helps me and she's so sweet! The sushi is so good all the time. The appetizers are amazing and I can never eat as much as I want to because I get too full. The prices are pretty fair, and I always feel like I get what I paid. If you like sushi, this is a must have in Hemet. 5/5 stars easy!
