"We had the best experience here the other day. Growing up, driving out to Little Switzerland to eat at the cafe was always a sweet treat. We took a drive up memory lane last weekend and it did not disappoint!! Kind, professional service and great food. Even had some great vegetarian vegan options. "They take reservations only from hotel patrons and club members, but not from simpletons , like us. We tried to get in and were turned down by the hostess, who got unofficial instructions to not let anyone in from outside, while clearly had plenty of available tables. Interesting business model. I didn 't see anything like that in the most desirable restaurants in New York. I wouldn 't say anything about their food. No intentions to try anymore. Period."

"Me and my dad decided to go to kfc while we were on the road all day, we tried to get something to eat, I usually get my usual like large popcorn chicken and sides of macaroni and mashed potatoes with gravy. I looked inside the box and there was a small box filled with probably 10 pieces of chicken inside. Barely anything inside the chicken box, they normally have chicken inside a sandwich box but apparently not anymore. Well not this kfc anyway. The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were cold and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Me and my dad decided to step inside to check why we were given the small box when we ordered a large box. They practically robbed us. 20 dollars for cold and disgusting food. Do Not Buy. They were also very rude.If you all want a kfc you can actually enjoy, just go to the one in Belmont. They have taco bell and kfc. Its the best Its not a crummy place like this place.Very horrible."
