"we have made reservations for this restaurant for a Saturday night when it is difficult to get a table everywhere. When we arrived there and with the host she said: “You are like the 4th table to come and say that you have kept it, but we do not take any reservations,” I told her that we did it on the open table app. She said she didn't know what that was and that she would try to put us as soon as she could. we talked to some of the other parties who said they had stopped and they told us they had waited for over 45 minutes. they do not honor reservation times. Besides, it was so loud and crowded that I could hardly hear someone talking to me."
