"Perfect for working on homework for a long time, lots of seating, comfy seats. Staff is friendly even though they are busy. The soups and sandwiches are BOMB. Also, their free drink special is awesome, happy to go there and work on homework. Panera isdoing a great job placing themselves really well in the cafe/coffee market. They could improve their coffee options but I amnot a huge coffee person so I am happier with a delicious soup than a coffee."

"Very bad experience at this point. I ordered a warm bowl and cashier said the discount I had for soup. I didn't want soup, so I went on with the order of a Mac and cheese dish. Then she said my discount would work for Mac and cheese dish. Another employee said it wasn't for the original shell she wanted. So I said okay I want Baja chicken warm bowl and Mac and cheese bowl. She asked if I wanted big for Mac and cheese dish, I said, please. Once the food was ready, they had only made a big Mac and cheese, no bowl. I questioned it and the cook was very rude and said if you want the bowl I have to take back half of the Mac and cheese. I'm sorry I don't understand. She said only half the amount of Mac and cheese goes into a bowl. She said I can buy a bread bowl on the side or she can take back half of the Mac and cheese and give me a bowl. I said we just want to try the bowl. She continued to argue with me. Then I said I can trade my chips for pieces of bread. Then I sat down to eat and my warm rice bowl was disgusting. There were two huge pieces of hard rice. As in half, the rice was hard and glued together like a brick. I spoke to a man and long, behold, the manager was the rude cook. She said you want it to be done again or a refund. I ate the bowl well, at least what was edible. Go back to this place. All personnel need retraining."

"I had an amazing experience at this point over the weekend. I was on the way to work on Sunday in the afternoon and went through the drive thru to get food for the night. When I went into the window to pay, I realized that I didn't have my debit card or any money, which meant that I had no way to pay for my food. I told the girl on the drive thru window my problem and apologized for the trouble and went away to drive. She said to wait and she'd talk to her manager. I didn't know what she could do, but after a few minutes she came back and gave me a bag of food. Not even I asked about some of them, I just wanted to leave the store. The generosity they showed me was the stuff from which customer service exists!! Thank you to the staff that showed me so kind. I will definitely be back to pay for my food next time!"

"I placed my order at 8:45, and by 9:45, my delivery driver sent me a photo saying they were still waiting for my food. Eventually, they delivered it, but the meal was disappointing. It tasted stale, and my order was incorrect. Instead of the Frozen Caramel Cold Brew I requested, I received something chocolate-flavored. My bagel was very thin, not sliced, and not toasted. As a semi-truck driver, it's not easy for me to find food, so this was particularly frustrating. Additionally, the bread for my sandwich was hard. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the experience."
