"I was in a lot of paneras in the area of St. Louis and some have disappointed me until I won't go back, but when I go to the Panera in Washington, I'm never disappointed. Not only that I have an absolutely delicious meal, but the people there are excellent!!! I can get the same food in any panera, but the reason why I continue regularly in the Washington Panera is because of the service I receive from the individuals who work there. They are really top notch and deserve high praise."
