"It was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Went for my sons birthday. So I made a 7:45 reservation for 4. Got there at 7:45 exactly, told the gentlemen I had a reservation, we waited 10 minutes to be seated. He finally sat us at a tiny table and I requested to be moved to a booth. He said sure, he didn’t move the utensils and menu to the booth, we had to do this ourselves. We finally get settled, placed our order, which was difficult because at that point the TVs were extremely loud. After placing our orders we waited for almost an hour before our food came out. The tables next to us, which was seated after we were received their food first. When I flagged down the waitress, she said she will check on the food. She came back with our food, which was cold, but at this point we had been waiting for an hour and wanted to eat. So I would say the food was great, my experience not so great. I will go again, it could have been an off day for the server and hostess."
