"They do not respect reservations, which is ridiculous considering they offer this service. I called to make a reservation for my party of 4 on a Friday night around 7 PM. The customer service representative assured me that we would have a table reserved at our selected time if I mentioned my name. However, when we arrived 10 minutes early, we were told that they do not honor reservations and we would have to wait for about 40 minutes. We ended up waiting even longer, and our appetizers and meals took forever to come out."

Very good food and drinks! Servers were really nice and funny, all and all good expierence. Just what I didn't like, I wad I noticed that the Brisket meat on my dirty dummy heads were very chewing and I looked down and it has idk like blood vessel or organ parts as to explain it, but I will add picture to explain better. Other than that was great thanks!

We made a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that they no longer accepted OpenTable reservations. When we questioned why we were able to book it in the first place, the hostess shrugged and raised her voice at us (even though my 5-year-old daughter was with us). We left without eating and, despite being long-time patrons, we are certain we will not be returning to this BW3 in the future.

We used OpenTable to make a reservation but when we arrived, the hostess seemed unaware and seated us with a look of disapproval. Our server was not very attentive and our wings arrived cold with minimal sauce. We were disappointed with the overall experience, as we had hoped for a quick dinner but ended up spending an hour and 45 minutes there. While I hate to leave negative reviews considering the current staffing challenges, this was not a pleasant dining experience.
