"We came here to watch the NBA western semi finals game. We figured it would be packed so we made a reservation through OpenTable. Upon arriving, the 2 x hosts initially said they couldn’t find our reservation. Followed by saying their system was down so they couldn’t look up our reservation even if they tried and that it was too packed of a night for any guarantees. Not only were they rude, they were extremely unhelpful to solving this issue if this is the case, what was the point of being able to book on OpenTable?
