"At check-in, the host was confused with our reservation. The service was slow, although it was only 3 tables that were occupied. One of the waiters spilled ice on the table and then, pick up the falling ice and put it back in the pitcher to serve us water. We always have to ask our water cups to be filled because one of our waiters was always on the phone. It was disappointing at the service and food level."
