"Christmas Eve Brunch was a wonderful experience. The food was great; several options with a variety for all palates. Especially enjoyed the dessert bar; the staff was hospitable, courteous and attentive. It was unforgettable with a jolly Santa who was happy to welcome and take photos with the childdos. Thought for family and children - including space for art / art / fun activities for children and hot chocolate. Well made distance of guests for intimacy and given pandemic. Beautiful place with several images perfect spots to appreciate vacation pictures. It was a pleasure to visit herd and hearth!"

A great experience. The service was terrible. It was a constant exercise to explain something to wait the staff. Available without English. Expect this at a car thru, not a country club. Never back!

Menu looks nice, hotel does not have the staff to serve the restaurant. At the time of reservation for our table of 8. Then no one came by for an order. After 17 minutes we're gone. Do not go hotel is under bad management. Don't waste your time. Do not go, do not try NO NO NO NO NO NO avoid.

At check-in, the host was confused with our reservation. The service was slow, although it was only 3 tables that were occupied. One of the waiters spilled ice on the table and then, pick up the falling ice and put it back in the pitcher to serve us water. We always have to ask our water cups to be filled because one of our waiters was always on his phone. It was disappointing at the service and food level.
