"Margarita was attentive and helpful, answering our questions about the entrees or finding the answers for us. However, when our meals arrived, mine was cold (the oven-baked dish), and she sincerely apologized for that. While I waited for my meal to be corrected, she brought me a complimentary salad while my boyfriend enjoyed his dish. When my food returned, it was piping hot, and she apologized again for the inconvenience.
Before leaving, we praised Margarita for her excellent service and asked to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was busy cooking due to being short-staffed. However, my boyfriend took the initiative to find the manager and praised Margarita for her friendliness and great service.
We will definitely return, but we are giving a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because my meal was initially served cold."
