"So I was coming home in uniform from Cape Cod AFS and wanted pizza so I relied on Google Maps to find something along my 90-minute ride back to Hanscom. Bertucci's in West Roxbury was recommend and along the route. I got an Ultimate Bertucci's from the take-out counter, and not only was I comped my order, but a woman who was leaving offered to pay for my order. The pizza was fantastic, the employees are top notch people, and even the clientele were polite, which I know is not a reflection of the restaurant, but it had been a long day and I was floored by how considerate they were.
