No more liquor license. Not enough staff. Waited a long time to get a waitress over for drinks. Food came out cold. Took long to get the check. Not great at all for a Bertucci’s!

I was very disappointed with the service today. I had to wait 30 minutes before someone can take my order, then waited another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. By the time the food arrived at the table, it was time to box it and head back to work.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. The service is top-notch, with a welcoming host and friendly servers. The takeout staff is particularly amazing. The nearby hospitals frequently order catering from here and are always satisfied. It's definitely one of my go-to spots to eat. And I can't leave out the delicious rolls!
