"This location is so irritating. Half the time they close early, example: closing at 2 on a Monday. The biscuit I had was so dried out. I have had this sandwich many times. It?s my favorite and idk what they did to it. I went in there today and did a mobile order. My mobile order had beans on it. The app doesn?t have option for coarse grind so I go into the store before they start my order to let them know. The cashier standing there telling me my order will be at the pick up. I said I know I?m telling you how I want my beans ground. He says okay, well it?s mobile so it will be down there. I said okay, yes, I understand but I want my beans ground coarse. Then proceeds to ask me if I just placed the order and I said yes. He says okay it will be down there. Lol, like what are you not understanding? Turns to his coworker and says she wants beans ground, do you know how to do that? You work at a coffee shop. I used to work for Caribou. Are you kidding me? We had training on how much a cappuccino should weigh and you don?t know how to grind coarse beans?! Rude. Completely just dirty looking. Hair was completely unkempt, literally looked like he rolled out of bed. Dirty white t-shirt. Then the top it all off, my latte had no caramel in it?..????"
