"Caribou has really grown on me since my taste buds have adjusted to more of a mild roasted espresso over a dark roast. Caribou is very consistent but it is very important to give great detail to newer baristas if you want a specific pour. Recently one of the stores baristas allowed me to purchase the beans they use in their espresso drinks. As far as I know, after inquiring to buy Caribou’s specifically used espresso beans over the years (not openly sold on the shelf), this wasn’t typical. I am really happy to stop by for a Caribou espresso drink, but really happy now that I can make Caribou’s espresso blend at home."
