"So incredibly slow. Took 20 minutes to make ONE cappuccino. Took 10 minutes to get me a drip coffee. The older woman with short brown hair is unpleasant and so slow. She took my order for a drip coffee, and then proceeded to ORGANIZE the order ahead order receipts instead of take 10 seconds to just get me my coffee and no the coffee was not brewing it was already ready. She seems unhappy and determined to make others frustrated."
