"I was beyond upset because I waited much longer than an hour for my delivery which is honestly unusual. However, when the delivery driver arrived he was the nicest person I 've met in a while. He not only apologized but after I expressed my concerns about not wanting to have to eat cold pizza, he told me that if I am not satisfied he assures me that by calling in his store will make it right. He gave me his name, explained their new policy of checking ID and credit cards used for purchase and was just great! Josh, thanks for turning this 'eh ' experience into a great one."
