"I usually enjoy the delicious pizza and quick delivery from this restaurant, but I was surprised to see that my order was estimated to arrive in 146 minutes when I checked the tracker. I placed my order at 7:55 PM and it is now 9:23 PM with no sign of my food. It is not a holiday and the weather is not bad. I live very close to the restaurant, yet the tracker still shows my order as "preparing" and not even in the oven."
