"Below is my original post. I had a terrible experience here with a certain employee. When I went to the physical place and told another employee my problems and worries. They were very polite and immediately fixed the pizza. I've been back since then and the pizza was both right and delicious. Thank you to the staff who have repaired this bad experience and have managed to get back. WORLD THE SERVICE! My husband and I have been here since we pulled down the street a few years ago. great place to get a surprise pizza!!! different toppings, no cheese sometimes....THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN ME THE CORRECT CRUST STYLE that's the 1 star earned. Yesterday at 2pm myself and the rest of the staff at this location were given notice the store would be shutting down and we were all terminated effective today. Interesting how companies like 2 weeks notice but give their staff half a day to find new jobs. I'd like to personally thank all our Boulder customers who I've helped over the last 2 years (of 5 at Papa John's) for all their business, tips, and friendliness. There were certainly good and bad, but the good ones know who you are, and I'm sorry I won't be able to bring your pizzas any more. As a frequent customer, I originally gave a rating of five stars because I never had problems. But after this last time I decided to change it. At first I made an online order at 18:30. The estimated arrival time was 30-45 minutes. After about an hour, I called to check it, and a lady said it was already delivered. Forty minutes later it hadn't shown yet, so I called again. The delivery person got no answer from the number they called so they brought the pizza back to the store. Still understandable, though it was too late.
