"Below is my original post. I had a terrible experience here with a certain employee. When I went to the physical place and told another employee my problems and worries. They were very polite and immediately fixed the pizza. I've been back since then and the pizza was both right and delicious. Thank you to the staff who have repaired this bad experience and have managed to get back. WORLD THE SERVICE! My husband and I have been here since we pulled down the street a few years ago. At first it was great. Having a pizza place near the foot is great, even if the occasional chaos would appear. After working my whole life in customer service jobs, I understand a crazy night and things can mix. Tonight we order online and our order is confused. I call and explain how the order was not correct and that this was not the first time, but merely wanted to point out that this has been more common since then. The employee's response was short and irritated. After reviewing our online order at the end, she explained that the computer did not show any particular sauce and it was not her fault. I understood and suggested that they fix the computer for a better experience. She then informed me that it wasn't her problem, and she didn't want to do anything about it and hanged on me. No excuse, no thanks for bringing it to our attention, nothing."
