"We have visited this Fogo several times in the past 10+ years. The meats were delicious and tender, just as we remembered. However, the Market Table, or salad bar, was a bit disappointing. When we arrived, many items were empty and it took a while for them to be replenished. The salad dressing bowls were also empty for over 15 minutes until I flagged down a server. Despite this, everything else was excellent. Our waiter, Adrian, provided outstanding service and made up for any shortcomings. He was attentive and quickly brought us anything we needed. We hope he will still be there on our next visit!"
