"First time at the Portland location and by far the worst experience. In 45 min we only had 2 people come around with steak and we constantly had to keep asking for more. For the first time I didn’t turn over my place card to the red side because the service was so slow. I ended up leaving the restaurant hungry and not satisfied after 2 hours of waiting for more steak. Very disappointed overall. My husbands first time going and he left completely unimpressed. Additionally the quality of steak was very poor."

had res and they sat us 40 minutes after. waiting area was too small. the tables were cut into the main dining area. always had to ask for meat from the personal, was not a good flow of decisions. the sides came late and not all together. ultimately not sure if I go back. had a promo, but it wasn't worth it.
