"Our server Gabe was the best! The rest of the experience was poor. We booked online and when we got there we were told they stopped doing that but they could cut our 40min wait to 20 minutes. We waited because everywhere else was booked. The food came out quickly but was not good, the steaks had no flavor. Gabe our server was fast and polite and we never had an empty glass. He had a large section to take care of and he was flying around to everyone to keep people happy. Great job Gabe!!"

they refused to recognize my online reservation. they wanted to get rid of them. they were annoying. said: I could wait 45 minutes, like all others. had no explanation for how I made the reservation when they get rid of it. not remained. will never go there.

Ruby river was very good. The only problem we encountered was that they had NO RECORD OF OUR RESERVATION SO WE HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 30 Minutes to be seated. 30 minutes is not a bad wait time for a Friday night without a reservation. The hostess told us that this happens often. WHY???
