"I love Panera but this location really sucks. The staff there gives the impression as though they don?t really care or neither want to be there. Service is always slow, I?ve been to this location perhaps 5 times, and all 5 times it?s the same. Slow takingorders and communication is very poor. Pick up is another issue. If you ask for something it?s like I?m taking it from theirportion, super weird. Last trip there I repeated my order twice at pick up and still got the wrong sandwich. How is thatpossible when the receipts have your name on it and they called my name? I asked for bread as my side order, just put a piece ofcold baguette in my bag, It?s a bakery for god sakes, how bout you warm it up, no butter, no knife ???????????. The only way Iwould go back to that location is if I?m in the area and desperately hungry and no other option. Sad"
