"Late once, shame on you late two plus times shame on me. Third time now I 've ordered for rapid pick up and it 's been late by quite a bit. Text goes out that it 's ready for pick up and I get there and it 's not ready. This is an issue when items are picked up to bring to work and need to be on time. That was the last time I 'm ordering for rapid pick up. I 'm leaving this review in hopes that this will change in the future for those who need prompt times for food/beverage pick up. Please don 't send a text that food is ready when it 's not just say we 're preparing your order, it will be ready soon. This is particularly sad when items are pre ordered the day before."

Soda fountain moldy all over outside- very disturbing- can only imagine what’s inside! I alerted staff- hopefully it will be addressed!

We stopped for lunch at Panera and we were not happy , we ordered a steak sandwich and a bowl of french onion soup. It was way over priced and then there was barely 3 bites of steak on the sandwich. . The meat was not flavored and was tough. We did not enjoy our meal. It'll be a long time before we give them another try.

I'm going here several times a month. you eat well, the staff is beautiful. they get my commands but routinely wrong, but they correct it if I want to show it. food service is slow, probably because they are short workers like everywhere. the inner is clean and well stored. their exterior seats are terrible with huge holes in their chairs, which fall apart in the round.
