"Visited The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen for dinner, Dustin set me up with a beer and took my order. Appreciated the fact he told me I could get a half-sized salad versus the full wedge. I must say, this was the absolute BEST wedge salad I've ever enjoyed...wished I had ordered the full size option {sigh}. The Steak Sandwich was OK, nothing really exciting and the large chunks of steak made it difficult to enjoy the sandwich. The horseradish sauce was a nice compliment, not overpowering. I was not a fan of the fries, the kitchen went overboard with the Truffle Salt and it overwhelmed them. Overall a nice meal and the service was excellent. If I lived in Jackson I would frequent this spot!"

"Pretty darn good, and I was pleasantly surprised by that. Diners are hit or miss for us, and I can say this one was a hit. I could tell how popular the location was just based on the sheet volume of customers. The food was pretty good, not the greatestfood in the world but just good, solid food. My husband had the Philly Cheesesteak. The meat was tender, and hot and fresh. Thebun was well toasted. He also ordered onion rings that were pretty good too. Well made, just needed more seasoning. I orderedthe Club with ham and turkey. It was very yummy! The ratio of meat to bread to condiments was perfect. I had the fries, whichwere indeed steak fries. Could have been a little crispier. Also needed more seasoning. Kiddos had breakfast items, youngesthad silver dollars (one was a cute Mickey shaped pancake! and the oldest had Four Deuces. They split the eggs and bacon. Thepancakes were fluffy, and the eggs and protein were good. The eggs needed a bit of salt. The service was quick, everything washot and fresh, and overall a great place to eat. Thanks for the good dinner, Kettle Diner!"

"We so looked forward to trying this place their website states that they are open for dinner starting at 5 pm! Well here we sit this uptown cafe isnt open at all! How lazy do you have to be to not alert the dining public that your operation is closed, has changed its hours/days open, etc? I doubt we will give them another opportunity after this incompetent failure."

"Our family really enjoy this restaurant. We found it by happenstance for happy hour on our last visit to Houston. On a return trip to the area we made a point to find it again for dinner. We were not disappointed. It is clearly a neighborhood favorite, has a business-casual sophistication, friendly and welcoming service and the food is phenomenal. It is a wonderful respite after a long day at the medical centers and we will return for every visit in the future."

"I have had good food before. But hardly ever has a dining experience compared to the two times visited North of Bourbon. Having recently visited New Orleans, I can honestly say the food equals or exceeds the best of the food I had down there.The consistency from dish to dish was impeccable around execution. But more than anything was the sheer hospitality. Eric, Brad, Jigg and the rest of the team became more than just acquaintances, but real friends who helped us navigate our meal and our time in Louisville while creating memories to last for a long time. As my brother said, “it felt like I was eating at a friend’s house.” I said “two times” earlier, because we had to cancel our reservation at a prominent Louisville restaurant to come back once we ate here once. If you are looking for inventive food and drink, served with impeccable consistency, with an unmatched hospitality, you cannot do much better in Louisville or anywhere else than North of Bourbon."

"This was our first time at Ragin Cajun. We had heard about it but wanted to experience it ourselves. We were not disappointed. We had reservations and were seated immediately. My man ordered the Crawfish Elouffee and I ordered the Bayou Bisque. BOTH were excellent!!!! I was full so offered the remainder to my hubby. The noise volume was MUCH better than other South Bay restaurants...we didn't have to yell. We truly appreciated that aspect of our meal. Our waiter was very helpful in answering our questions about the menu. His recommendations were on the spot. He was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. We WILL return. and possibly try some of that Alligator!"

"This was our first time in Memphis. We booked the restaurant based on the menu and other reviews. We were not disappointed at all. It is a very quaint restaurant and the atmosphere was amazing. "We arrived right when they opened on 10/3/2023 and had a really nice meal. I wish I would have got our waitresses name, she was so sweet and attentive. We ordered watermelon margaritas, one frozen and the other on the rocks...both were yummy! We also both got burrito monterey meals...mine had fajita beef and my husband had ground beef. Both were delicious! We also tried the queso blanco for the first time and oh lord was it delicious! I have been here many times and for some reason have never tried it. I'm definitely getting it again. Sorry for the messy pic"

"jubileee dinner. first visit. had reservation. saw in the bartender recommended the seasonal seafood fondue. it was amazing and delicious. had Atlantic salmon with additional topping. had also mixed grill dinner. had cheerful cheesecake for dessert. had strawberry margarita and 2 beer. total bill was $170 with a generous tipp. it was worth it. will definitely be back because the great service, great tasting eating, and restaurant manager came and asked how our special dinner went. very nice experience."

We rate the service and the attention as high, but for the price we did not find the food as exceptional as we had hoped. The one item we tried on the menu, which was exceptional, is the escargot and gnocchi appetizer."

"There were three of us dining for my mom’s birthday. We had a reservation and arrived on time. We didn’t order cocktails as my mom doesn’t drink and ordered our entrees pretty quickly. An hour later, we had empty water glasses and had finished our bread. We asked several times what was keeping our entrees so delayed. Our server blamed it on the kitchen. Finally a manager came by and told us that the server had forgotten to put in our order. He offered to comp a drink, appetizer, or dessert for us. We told him we hadn’t ordered any of those as we were going home to have birthday cake for my mom. Instead of taking an entree off the bill or ANYTHING, he said he was sorry he couldn’t offer us anything else. It was an awful experience and ruined my elderly mother’s birthday luncheon."

"The brunch menu and drinks were fantastic. Our waiter didn’t really know a lot of the questions we had in regards to the venue so wish he was more familiarized with the options. He was very friendly I just think he could’ve benefited from a little bit more training. I ordered from the regular lunch menu I was very impressed by the salad. The options for desserts and appetizers were lovely and my favorite was the barbecue shrimp. Also my bourbon cocktails were outstanding him and highly recommend them"

"I've only been twice and sadly both times were inconsistent but not necessarily in a bad way. When I went tonight, the duck was perfectly cooked instead of well done as it was at my last visit. "Great dining experience and food if you love Korean BBQ with Korean pop music. When first entering, we were greeted politely by the front door guy who made our reservations. Even though he said an hour, we lucked out, and it only ended up being 20 minutes.After being promptly seated, our server explained everything we needed about how to prepare our food. He was nice and very attentive to our needs. The meat that was brought to us was excellent, and with our servers' instruction, I was able to cook the meat quite well. We had the shrimp, Hawaiian steak, season steak ,Octopus , steam egg, and pork steak. The drink we had was the supo, which was quite tasty as well.I recommend coming here in a group or is perfect for Date night if you enjoy the korean pop music vibe."

"The people are very nice but I would not come back I'm afraid.. I don't think they are really having quality control on the food coming out of the kitchen. The place was not busy and so maybe the quality of ingredients are not the best. The salad could feed 5 people.. Caesar you can't really take home. There is usually a bread service to go with Italian. That was missed. Then finally the dishes were so cold my wife's food felt like it was take from the fridge it was so cold. I had the beef short rib and it was just warm. The pasta was ice cold and watery and the sauce was room temperature and jelly like. The chicken was the only hot thing but it was burnt. My mashed potato's were so cold like they were taken from the fridge reheated and then sat for a while. Plus large pieces of potato and another tell tale sign was watery and not creamy. My short rib was also cold and when I had them take it back I waited forever. The sauce was split and not fresh either.. When it finally came back it still wasn't hot but room temp. The waitress was awesome and people like I said were nice but the food quality I give it a one star and the service brings it up to two stars. Sad to see but in Mandeville it's hard to have a great restaurant because there just isn't enough people dining out. So I hope they can make changes for the better and make food better.."

"We went for Easter brunch, but it wasn't too busy. We seemed to have hit a lull and maybe that was the issue. The service was bad sat a long time unacknowledged, took forever to get small things like salt and pepper. Of course our entrees came out while we were still eating our salad. The flavor of the food was excellent but it still seemed a little slapdash mine was cold enough the gravy had congealed. That said, we will almost certainly give it another go."

"Tried Sunrise with my family on the recommendation of friends and absolutely loved it!! Immaculately clean, it is spacious with comfortable seating and has a warm and cosy vibe. And the food everything we ordered, from the farmhouse egg platter, breakfast burritos, to the meat lover wrap was delicious! I wanted to substitute toast with sautéed spinach the staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Throughout the meal, they checked in frequently and the service was impeccable. The coffee was outstanding and the beverage menu, extensive. We ordered the stuffed French toast for dessert even though we were quite stuffed ourselves and were not disappointed. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes will more than satisfy. Jim, the owner and his wife have created a wonderful space that hits all the right spots and we will definitely be going back next week. Can only be glad it’s a bit of drive for us otherwise my latte craving might become a serious addition!?"
