"There were three of us dining for my mom’s birthday. We had a reservation and arrived on time. We didn’t order cocktails as my mom doesn’t drink and ordered our entrees pretty quickly. An hour later, we had empty water glasses and had finished our bread. We asked several times what was keeping our entrees so delayed. Our server blamed it on the kitchen.
