"ordered the family speciality tonight for $32.00, but the manager has not met about the weekly special for the same thing for $22.00 minus a piece of ****. very disappointed. bad customer service. I'm not going there anymore. this time when I ordered, I asked to replace another page for the cookies I never ate. the young lady (cashier) told me that she could not replace anything for the cookies, because it was a special, $29.99, family meal. that didn't make any sense at all. I always ask to replace another page for the cookies, and no one has ever refuted my question. eating is eating and $29.00 is a lot of money for bad customer service. I'm not coming back here. I thought I gave them another chance, but they failed again."
