"Let me tell you! My best friend and I braved the winds to come out for our reservation! Tonight was a girls night and it was amazing! From walking in to Bijou Grille to being greeted by the owner and seated! The atmosphere feels like a chic Christmas with the Bougie drink menu… I personally love the French Martini with notes of pineapple and vanilla vodka. Kristen our server was amazing with recommendations for both food and drink. We had the lobster ravioli and it was filling for 2 with the Caesar salad. The next time we come out to the Theater district we will hands down come out to Bijou grille. I can not say enough nice things about this place."

"Six of us had dinner upstairs last night (07/07/2021). Thunder clouds rolled in and when the rain came, the lack of overhead weather protection forced us to seek shelter in the stairwell. The entire restaurant left or went downstairs after that. We left and went to the Oyster Club Treehouse (they have tents to protect from the weather). In addition, our server spilled some of my drink on me (mango margarita on white pants) and didn't even apologize. She brought some club soda but was otherwise completely unapologetic. Our food arrived just before the rain and got soaked. The only thing that was comped was the plate we hadn't yet received before leaving. Nice atmosphere. Good cocktails. Drinks took forever. Service was not great."

"Besides the fact that the outside seating was first come first serve, and you really shouldn't offer that option thru your site, it still turn out to be a good lunch though we had to sit at two separate tables. The staff was amazing and food was delicious."

"Enjoyable experience... check out the bathroom. It was an enjoyable experience with a great waitress and good food. The spinach tomato salad was one of the best I've ever had. Spinach, tomato, walnuts, onion, and feta cheese with a warm balsamic vinaigrette. Tried the baked cheese ravioli as well, but our waitress (afterward) recommended to add lots of veggies to it great idea! It was good, but could have been better and I will try on my return trip. The decor is wonderfully odd and I've been told I have to check out the bathroom next time."

"This place has an old school Italian ambience with excellent staff! Our waiter, Gio, was genuinely hospitable. We started off with a trio appetizer that was the perfect starter. A photographer came by our table and took a complimentary photo that I got to keep. They also frame them for you for 15 dollars. Our entree's were ginormous in portion, so we most definitely took some home. At the end, Gio came out with a team of staff and sang happy birthday to me with an Italian twist. Hands down best birthday dinner I've ever experienced. Thank you for giving me a taste of Italy!"

"What a great experience! We left saying, “why don’t we come here more often?!” EPIC Jose was, well EPIC! Our overall experience at the kitchen table was wonderful. The kitchen was immaculate (SO clean organized, staff were beyond welcoming and friendly and the food was delicious. We were here to celebrate my mom’s birthday and there were such fun ways to recognize and highlight her birthday. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for a professional, clean and tasty restaurant!"

"My family and I celebrated my daughter’s graduation at Bucca di Beppo. We chose this restaurant because of their family style dining. Though we had to remind our server a few times of requested items, our service wasn’t horrible. It wasn’t until a different server came over to assist our server with the cake. This server leaned completely over our cake. When she was made aware of leaning over the cake and almost smashing it, she immediately became defensive. She proceeded to argue with me about having bigger plates for the cake (plates we did not request) rather than taking accountability. She immediately brushed past me nearly bumping into me. This by far was the worst experience that I have ever had. I was expecting more when eating at this restaurant. I am highly disappointed and refuse to eat here again."

"my friend had told me about this place, so I finally took him for our weekly newspaper. we started with the mozzarella garlic bread and the mozzarella sticks. both were just like eating a piece of heaven. for drinks he had a beer and I had a glass lamarca prosecco. for our escape we ordered spaghetti and meatballs and baked rigatoni. I knew they were family shares, but wow! the taste was really good and it was very full. we also dessert to go – tiramisu and Italian cream cake. we ate it later this night and both desserts were so rich, fresh and extremely tasty! this place will definitely be my way back. big scream from our waitress abigail. she was very sweet, informative, knowledgeable and gave us some really good recommendations."

"we had reserved 6 people at 19 o'clock. we only sat at 19:45. table was not ready and many people showed that their tables were not ready. we've been waiting for our food forever. our children starved after a sport competition and their pizza did not arrive. table next to us who came after us, got our pizza and we had to wait until a new pizza was made, which took longer. Chesepizza smelled terrible and my son couldn't eat it and had to ask for simple pasta instead and wait longer for eating. the waiter seemed to be a little confused and always said that he was sure that we have received something we have never received. they promised us a supplementary desert because of the massive delay in sitting. so we ordered a bigger sundae desert and waited too long. the waiter never appeared and finally, when we called him, he was surprised to hear that we never get the desert as he sure was that we got them. the other table received it instead of us again. So we had to wait for them to prepare the desert. So for a casual dinner that should be between 7-8pm max, we came around 7 and paid our review by 10. we were in this restaurant before in salt lake city, ut and pizza was excellent and not stinking and service was good. very bad experience in this industry"

"Idk who the chef was tonight but the service was awful. Food was dry and room temp. Very slow service, took us 40 minutes to get a seat in a nearly empty room. I feel like it’s hard to mess up on spaghetti, except I guess you can hear! I made better pasta when I was 10.
