"Idk who the chef was tonight but the service was awful. Food was dry and room temp. Very slow service, took us 40 minutes to get a seat in a nearly empty room. I feel like it’s hard to mess up on spaghetti, except I guess you can hear! I made better pasta when I was 10. The best part of my dinner was the gum I chewed to rid my mouth of the awful flavor from the garlic bread. Super expensive for poor quality food and slow service:"

The service was excellent. Unfortunately, the menu has been reduced along with the experience. Those who have been to Buca in the early years know what I'm talking about. The meal was average for above average prices.

The food used to be better than this doesn’t taste great for what they charge. The portions are large and I get that, but if you’re gonna pay $50 for pasta it should be amazing. Not impressed and the service wasn’t great.

My family and I went there for Thanksgiving dinner, we came at 6:45 which is kind of late, but they ran out of everything before our dinner was finished, so I couldn't even get creamer for my coffee. No pumpkin pie, it was all gone, along with a few other things that I would have liked to have had more of. The manager said he served 300 more dinners and than he was prepared for. I may try it again, the food was good.
