"My family and I celebrated my daughterâs graduation at Bucca di Beppo. We chose this restaurant because of their family style dining. Though we had to remind our server a few times of requested items, our service wasnât horrible. It wasnât until a different server came over to assist our server with the cake. This server leaned completely over our cake. When she was made aware of leaning over the cake and almost smashing it, she immediately became defensive. She proceeded to argue with me about having bigger plates for the cake (plates we did not request) rather than taking accountability. She immediately brushed past me nearly bumping into me.
