"I love this place for authentic Indian food!! So delicious! It reminds me of the cooking of my husband's grandpa, it's not too fat, although some of them are roasted!! I had Samosa's many places they usually give me sodburns, but not from here!! Her garlic naan is also sooooo good!! Must try!!"

"I have always been a fan of South Indian cuisine, and finding an authentic Chettinad restaurant felt like striking gold. The spice blend in the stew was just right, and the appams were fluffy and melted in my mouth. The Masala Chas was excellent, with a perfect mix of coriander and spices, making it a great digestive drink to go with the flavorful stews. The Ghee Roast Dosa was crispy yet had just the right amount of fermentation, giving it a bubbly texture. The Mint Chutney was a standout, refreshing and delicious. The tomato chutney was also fresh and tasty. However, I was not a fan of the coconut chutney as it seemed to lack in flavor. The potato masala filling was a bit bland. The Dosa was so good that I would definitely order it again without any accompaniments. The service was quick and efficient, with our food arriving promptly within minutes of ordering, even on a Monday evening at 9 pm. They are open until 10 pm, which is a huge plus as many restaurants in the Bay Area close earlier. Overall, great food and service, and I am already looking forward to coming back to try more dishes."

"At last, there's a contender to Shalimar near the University of Washington. Their menu is more extensive, and although their prices aren't significantly lower, they offer a lunch buffet that’s a great option for when you're looking for Indian food in a hurry."

"We wanted Indian before going to a show at the Eisemann. We found this on open table and it worked great. It is a fast casual in a shopping center full of restaurants and appears to mainly be a lunch place. We had a waitress but I think it may be counter order for lunch. . It worked great for our purposes as relatively quick service. Food was very good. Wish there was one close to me as rarely go to Richardson. Recommend the biryanis. Not very crowded on a Thursday night"

"Took my mom here for Mother?s day yesterday and we had such a great experience! We ordered the vegetarian samosas, chicken korma, and chicken biryani, garlic naan and mango lassis and everything was outstanding. Best lassi and korma i?ve ever had. My only complaint was that my mom ordered the biryani as her meal and when it came it was enormous, and when we were paying the server said it was a dish that people usually share for family style meals. Had she known how much food it would be she would?ve ordered something smaller. She?ll be eating rice for the next week! Thank you for a fantastic mother?s day afternoon!!"

"Food was OK, pretty par for the course for an Indian restaurant. Ambience was only slightly better than in a regular strip mall, service was good but not great. The prices, however, were more appropriate for an upscale dining experience.Would have been great if they had provided food, ambience and service that matched the prices.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options."

"Wait times are very long, 1 hour over the stated pick up time. General chaos in terms of service. Food is good once you receive it. Pick another take out joint if you are hungry and need food in a timely manner.Food: 4/5"

"South Indian places are always a hit or a miss, but this was definitely a hit despite the reviews. The Idli with Sambar and Chutneys were so delicious and rich. Masala dosa was on site. Chicken Lollipop was very well marinated and had a burst taste. The goatery we got was super aromatic and had a good kick. The meat was very soft and delicate. Overall, I will definitely come back to try more options. I was really impressed for the first time."

"hidden over this place when we went to check English book, they had a completely separate vegan menu. that had a lot to choose in starters, curries, naan brot and of course dosas. they also had a great vegan lunch offer where they had a tablet with 3 curries, rice, naan brot and some cut veg for $7! and they also did every veggie dosas for $8. we have lunch and shared a dosa and they were massive. would recommend this place. local business, good eating, amazing price can not ask for more!"
