"This restaurant is absolutely unacceptable! The delivery personnel are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I placed an order for my family last night, but it was delivered to the wrong building. The person who received my order contacted me because my phone number was on the box, and explained that we had the same apartment number but were actually in different buildings. I called the restaurant to request a new order, and they sent a replacement. However, when the new delivery person arrived, he called me yelling that he had been waiting downstairs for 5 minutes and demanded that I come get my order. I explained that I had an infant and couldn't come downstairs, but he didn't care and refused to bring the order up. I called the restaurant to complain once again, but there has been no resolution. I have still not received a credit for the order I paid for, and have not received the correct order."
