"this is not a review for the TGI-Fridays restaurant in north myrtle beach, but a 1-star review of open table in this restaurant. we had a confirmed open table reservation on December 24th for 18:00. we have 5:50 clock the restaurant closed. why would open table accept a reservation for a restaurant that was not open at the time of the reservation? this is most unacceptable when we are in a bad situation, as few restaurants in the opposite were already closed. we will not use open table again."

"We used to frequent TGIFridays years ago and always loved it, so you can imagine how happy we were to see one on Ocean Blvd. Although the service was good, we were taken aback when she asked us to pay prior to our meal or leave a credit card. We were sitting outside and have never experienced this at any other restaurant and we’re not impressed. The food came in a timely manner, I had a goat cheese with strawberries and candies pecans salad it wasn’t fresh. My husband had a turkey burger and it was also lacking taste. Very disappointing."

"The last two times I have been in (one with family and another visit with friends) I have been seated in the bar area. I honestly don't mind because I've had great service both times and both of those times I've had the same waiter as well. I think his name was Dale but I'm not entirely sure. Ordered the endless appetizers on both occasions and man was everybody on it! Both times the food was hot, extremely hot and fresh for that matter! Our waiter was very helpful and personable. Only thing we didn't didn't care for was how cold it was in the restaurant."

"Friday in brookfield. great atmosphere since she went retro. eating is standard T.G.I Friday subscription. the service is so up and down when they feed to lunch, that would be their best bet. tables late at night, forget it. many good drinks specialties, but they have a little better chance to get these drinks when they sit right in front of the bartender at the bar. too much personal talks with other employees, on and off duty, as well as fellow workers friends who come to hang. I know his only day off and they get what they get, but good service should be a must everywhere."

"The wait wasn't long at all seated in about 5 minutes there was 10 of us, the waiter was very friendly and very knowledgeable, the food good a nice portion the drinks was ok they tasted more like a virgin drink than alcohol but we drunk them. The atmosphere was nice it wasn't very noisy enjoyed watching the game on television it was a nice evening at Fridays. Will be back again."

"I live in the area, so I frequent Fridays pretty often. For the most part, it’s your typical dining experience. Nothing spectacular, but nothing horrible. However, two friends myself, and our children visited about a month ago, and had a terrible experience. The waitress refused to wait on us, and we had to seek her out multiple times during our visit in order to get drinks, refills, utensils, condiments, you name it. Sadly, she was very attentive to the table next to us, so I have no choice but to assume she had an issue with my table specifically. To top it off, she charged my friend, double what her meal cost which unfortunately was not discovered until two days later, when my friend looked at her bank account. Not sure what was up with that waitress and the service, but it left a bad enough taste in our mouth that we will more than likely drive to the Wilkes-Barre location in the future."

"The appetizers were EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!! ( Brie Brulee unbelievably delicious!!!!!!!!!) The beet salad and garden salad was refreshingly cold,crisp, very tasty and a superb bite.The entrees? Not so much: Crab and shrimp pasta had succulent shrimp but the homemade rigatoni were NOT cooked..like eating raw dough. The Taziki sauce was UNDER everything on the Gyro Platte, and difficult to access in order to spread on the pita/meat/greens combo, and the meat was soft and crumbly, almost like poorly mixed meatloaf. The presentation of the gyro plate per se was eye-catching but the arrangement made it difficult to assemble everything.The salmon was awesome, as were the potatoes and beets, but the greens under everything were too chewy and not tasty at all. The blueberry panna cotta was flavorless , but the mousse cake/pie had a heavenly crust. Coffee was strong, tasty, had NO bitterness.I would recommend Thea's for FABULOUS appetizers and an awesome beet salad but the entrees left a lot to be desired ."

"they had no record of the reservation. many people are waiting to sit. we gave our names and said it was 20 minutes. after 25 minutes I asked in writing how long I had to wait to be called. then I was told that we were already called and did not react. we waited right next to the reservation desk. I insisted we were the next group. we sat right away and I talked to the manager who apologized and gave us a free start when we came in the next time."

"Our experience at Friday's was generally positive, however, upon arrival we were informed that they do not use tablets to check OpenTable reservations. We had to request a manager in order to be confirmed and receive points for our reservation. The staff seemed unfamiliar with OpenTable, but ultimately credited us for honoring our reservation. "As for the food, I rated it a 3 as well. The fries were cold and the wings seemed rushed, as if the sauce was added at the last minute. We tried the new Salmon dish, which had good flavor but was lacking in portion size considering the price. The salmon was small, comparable to two chicken wings, and the broccoli was undercooked, tasting as though it had only been rinsed with warm water."

"Came here around 6:30 on Cinco de Mayo (a Sunday) and surprised to find the restaurant empty. Despite signs all over restaurant and email promotion touting $5 margaritas all day, we were told by server “we’re out of house tequila, how about a beer instead?” What about other tequilas? Well that’s not an option. Food was mediocre. Mashed potatoes felt like it came from a box. Needless to say we won’t be coming back."

"We had a big party! There were some miss things. Friend placed a order for a dinner, the dinner was never place with the order for the table. He had wait!!!then the waitress did forget ring up 2 items, which we didnt know that were not on the bill. We were ready leave and waitress came out stating.. its on this bill. I know things happen. She was very good in all all adpects!! Love this TGIFs. I come from farmingville. Love the bar area, always clean, can make reservations, service has been great. I've been to many other TGIFs in long island love this one the best. Will definitely be back!!"

"Live atmosphere, must see the baseball game on TV. eating was standard Fridays, which is generally good. the service on robinson Friday was usually not as good as other Fridays in the opposite. that is still the case: many hostes standing around and looking like they wouldn't do much, our waitress always seemed too busy for us as if we were a bit annoying. not for the first time. I think they should hire more server and less hosts. we probably go back, but we prefer the service on Friday on the mcknight road."
