"Our experience at Friday's was generally positive, however, upon arrival we were informed that they do not use tablets to check OpenTable reservations. We had to request a manager in order to be confirmed and receive points for our reservation. The staff seemed unfamiliar with OpenTable, but ultimately credited us for honoring our reservation.
