"DO. NOT. GO. HERE. One star is too generous.They are unable to fulfill orders in an accurate and/or timely manner and their hours keep changing week to week. I live in the apt complex right next door and nobody I’ve ever spoken to has anything good to say about let them.Decide how much your time is worth because it’s very common to wait 20-30 mins just for someone to take your order when there’s barely a line. You could be right up front and still wait 15-20. Then another 30-60 mins to get your order. Then pray that it’s not fully or partially cold, you didn’t get a half full container of overpriced fries, and that there’s wasn’t a screw up with the order (forgetting cheese, veggies, sauces, wrong protein, different bun). Then decide if it’s worth telling them and waiting again or worse, find out when you get home and open up your takeout.Pre pandemic, they were pretty good but they’ve been garbage ever since. I live next door so I can afford to give them a shot every couple months but they’ve yet to get any better so I’m going to have to stop going. Luckily, their corporate office is very accommodating with refunds (of which I’ve gotten so so many) but since the place doesn’t improve, I don’t believe any feedback ever makes it to the store… nor do I believe there’s any oversight.Two or three orders at the same time make this entire store fall apart so by not going here you’d be doing them a favor anyways. I told 5-7 people waiting in line to go elsewhere since I’d been waiting 40 mins and one poor kid had been the only person in line for 20, still waiting to get his order taken after being told “we’ll be right with you” multiple times.The few times you get your food in a timely manner and fresh without mistakes, it’s really good… but that’s usually not the case. Honestly they need to close this store."
