"I have eaten twice here and while the first time was a half decent experience, the second was not. The staff and the location are always nice and clean. But if it around the foods its pretty much over price for the quality you get. My last order, yesterday was very bad. I ordered online and picked up my order at my certain time from 2:30. When we started eating, we immediately noticed that it was very cold, all of it the Burgers and Pommes. Like they made our food at least 30min before we pick it up. Ingredients were not fresh on all my burgers tasted tomatoes like they were days old and my salad was brown, the meat was also overcooked and carburized, which made it very dry and not juicy. M...

This is the second smash Burger location I tried. I had hoped that my other experience in Lake Nona was one, but unfortunately not. This chain is just an overpriced McDonald?s. I really wanted this place to be good because I'm new in the area. I guess my Burger spot must be five guys.

30 minutes waiting for a child's meal. The place doesn't have many people. Who knows if they wash the shaker for milkshakes? Favorite milkshake room for a while, but I am allergic to peanuts so for safety, it cannot drink. It's just a 3 stars, because their burgers and pommes are good

We like their burgers. I usually place order online for pickup. The only problem I often face is when I get the food there, the staff usually don't ask if I order online, so they can check if my food is ready. They just keep busy with what they do, despite most of the time my order is ready and they can just hand it over to me in a few seconds. Mostly I have to ask them about my order and then go and check them. Thet has recently raised prices of her burgers from $1.50 to $2. I'll recommend her Colorado Burger.
